King Edward Medical University Evaluation Form

Evaluation form is asked by many institutes to be submitted along with the elective application. Evaluation form means the form on which, at the end of your elective, the host medical school will evaluate your performance and usually they send it back directly at your home school.
Sometimes the host medical school gives its own evaluation form and the problem gets solved. But sometimes you have to give one of your home medical institute.
Unfortunately, most of the medical schools in Pakistan, India etc do not have an evaluation form of their own, because there was no tradition of going for electives few years ago. Anyhow, last year some of the students designed a evaluation form of KE.
